The word yurt originally did not refer to the tent itself but to the impression left by the tent.  What we left behind is about this idea of a trace left by our presence in a space and people entering this space not being conscious of this previous presence.

I created these images in Shunt at London Bridge using a liquid that is invisible under normal light but fluoresces under ultra-violet light.  Taken just hours before the venue opened to the public, these scenes whilst in existence remained unknown.
